Mechanical welding

SPM performs all sheet metal, welding, metalwork, as well as preparation, fitting, and finishing operations, enabling the production of a wide range of fabricated assemblies.

Main equipment:
• oxy-fuel cutting
• bending
• rolling
• handling equipment up to 6 tons


Piping

SPM performs all cutting, bevel preparation, fit-up, grinding, and finishing operations.

Our proven expertise enables the manufacturing of medium- and high-pressure piping components for demanding environments.

Capabilities: diameters from 1’’ to 32’’, up to 48 mm thickness.

Welding using TIG, MIG, MAG, coated electrode and butt welding.

The WPQR are performed in compliance with:

• NF EN ISO 15614-1
• ASME section IX
• RCC-M Section IVRegular audits of our welding activities as per NF EN ISO 3834-2 by our prime contractors.

Our welders are qualified as per the standards:

• NF EN ISO 9606-1
• ASME section IXOur welding coordinators hold degrees in IWT (International Welding Technologies).
