Capability and expertise


SPM performs sheet metal work, welding, metal fabrication, fitting and finishing operations required for the manufacturing of welded assemblies dedicated to demanding industrial environments.


Our equipment notably includes oxy-fuel cutting, bending, rolling and lifting capacities of up to 6 tons.


Piping

Precision and high standards


SPM performs all cutting, bevel preparation, fit-up, grinding and finishing operations required for the manufacturing of medium- and high-pressure piping components.


Our expertise enables us to meet the highest quality and reliability requirements, with manufacturing capacities ranging from 1’’ to 32’’ in diameter, up to 48 mm thickness..

Welding

Versatility in processes and materials


SPM performs TIG, MIG, MAG, shielded metal arc welding and automatic welding processes for equipment subject to stringent technical and regulatory requirements.


Our qualifications cover the main material groups according to FD CEN ISO/TR 15608, including carbon steels, low-alloy steels and stainless steels, for thicknesses ranging from 0.6 mm to 48 mm and all types of components.


Welding procedure qualifications are performed in accordance with NF EN ISO 15614-1, ASME Section IX and RCC-M Tome IV requirements.


Our welding activities are regularly audited according to NF EN ISO 3834-2, while our welders are qualified under NF EN ISO 9606-1 and ASME Section IX. Our welding coordinators are certified IWT (International Welding Technologist).
